Rooted in the belief that lasting change begins with hope — hope that grows when families and young people are supported together.
Working alongside local communities in Uganda, the Community Support project provides needed support to children, youth, and their families as they navigate economic hardship, limited access to education, and other specific needs. Many of the challenges one family faces — famine, lack of food or water, disabilities, or the absence of basic education — are often not unique to that family alone, but are problems an entire community is facing together.
Through family-centered services, we help households build resilience and stability while empowering young people to thrive:
Food, clean water, and basic supplies for families facing hardship.
Support to help children stay in school and keep learning.
Guidance and encouragement for youth to grow with purpose.
Practical tools that build lasting stability and independence.
Care for the emotional and mental well-being of families.
Meeting communities where they are, together.
By focusing on both individual growth and family and community well-being, the project creates a foundation where hope can take hold and grow. Parents and caregivers are equipped with tools and resources to support their children and families, while youth are encouraged to develop confidence, purpose, and leadership skills.
Grounded in local partnerships and guided by compassion, we foster safe, supportive environments where families are aided according to their specific needs, voices are heard, and potential is nurtured.
Together, we are building stronger families, more resilient communities, and a future shaped by hope.
Your support helps families and communities in Uganda build resilience, stability, and hope for the future.
