Bringing the Joy of Christmas to Those Who Need It Most
The Threads of Hope Christmas Project is a yearly event held in Uganda. By providing essentials to communities in need — food, clothing, and Christmas gifts — we're able to bring the joy of Christmas to desperate groups and families, many of whom haven't had reason to celebrate in a long time.

Local volunteers in Uganda were trained in organized distribution, record keeping, and beneficiary verification.
Of the 60 households reached, elderly-headed households made up 25.0% of beneficiaries, single-mother-headed households 6.7%, orphaned households 21.7%, and other vulnerable households 46.6%.
A Christmas of Hope: Oroma Cicilia's Testimony
Oroma Cicilia (90 years old) and her family endured months of severe hardship after prolonged heat destroyed their crops, leaving their land unproductive and their household without food. Life became a daily struggle marked by hunger, fear, and uncertainty about where the next meal would come from. The Christmas Project arrived at a critical moment.
When Oroma Cicilia received the food support, she was overcome with emotion and gratitude, recognizing it as a direct answer to her prayers. The assistance brought immediate relief, restored peace to her heart, and renewed her sense of dignity and hope.
Deeply moved, she openly declared her faith, affirming that God had seen her suffering and had not abandoned her during the most difficult season of her life. She expressed heartfelt thanks and blessings to everyone who prayed, gave, and worked to make the project possible, describing them as “God's hands.” This Christmas project did more than meet a physical need — it transformed lives. Hunger was replaced with provision, despair with hope, and fear with faith.
